I don't know what your standards are concerning a clean race but what you were doing had absolutely nothing to do with racing for all I care. I suggest you do that to AI's or whatever, offline. You are welcome on our servers when you have the ability of overtaking cars WITHOUT having to take them out.

There are many places to stay around the Ring, many hotels & campings.
It all depends on what your budget is really, campings are cheapest of course and those few hotels that are very close, can get pretty expensive.
Those that are very close are usually full though so it's wise to book in time.

I'm not so sure where you saw the rb4 eating fxo's and xrt's for breakfast but the last few days I've seen xrt's being the fastest. A good driver could get a very low 1:24 on bl1 with xrt while most good rb4 drivers struggle to get 1:24.5

XRT is fastest now, rb4 and fxo are pretty damn close depending on track.
